This one is going quick!

We are putting the finishing touches to the upstairs of this property and will be ready to move downstairs to finish the basement in a couple weeks. All new furnace and A/C going in this week. New driveway is coming next week. All new windows are installed, and we are finishing up the new waterproof plank flooring. The kitchen is just about ready for our granite team to start their install. Linus is happy to be taking over as our Project Manager. We are sad to report that we had to say goodbye to our Baby Hank, our previous 3-legged project manager, after his yearlong battle with Cancer.
