We have been so busy with this flip that I haven't had a chance to give an update! We closed on this girl the end of September and are almost finished!!! Can you believe it?!?!? This flip went quick but we are absolutely in love with the results. I'll give you a few before and after pics of the outside and first floor of the house. Those are pretty much done except for some touchup painting and landscaping. Our photographer is coming in next week to do some preview pics so I'll share those next week!
