Sometimes you have to fix some problems!

With any flip you always run into "issues". This house had its share of those. The things that don't necessarily look pretty but still need some attention anyway. The new electrical entry is one of those things. It definitely needed updated and so we did! The wiring was a whole other issue. I think Phil lost sleep over that mess but we are happy to report all new plumbing and wiring are in, correctly, and are a huge update for this house!
