We have a new project!

We recently closed on our latest soon-to-be beauty in Ligonier. This three bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home is in need of a MAJOR facelift but with it's beautiful views on just over an acre of land she is sure to impress soon. Demo started last week and continues into this week. New roofs go on both the garage and house next week along with some updates to the gutters and soffit and fascia! Moving right along....even our project manager, Virgil, is making friends with the neighbors!
