Welcome to our latest flip! This girl needs some TLC!

Our latest flip takes us to North Huntingdon, PA in Westmoreland County. This is a popular area because it's close to Downtown Pittsburgh but far enough away that it's not city living! This girl has been vacant for quite a few years but is ready for some new life! She features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a finished basement. We closed on February 21st and went to work immediately. Lots of great updates on this one! Can't wait! Who loves that carpet?????
